Meet the Team

Our diverse international team is made up of two women and two men, with some of us fluent in up to five languages, allowing for seamless communication. Our collective expertise ranges from photography, fine arts, and event organization to iconic creations and web engineering. Based in southern Spain, we bring on board trusted professionals from all over the world whenever the demand for our services exceeds our core capabilities.

Juliette Kando - Founder

Born in Budapest, Juliette spent her childhood in Paris and Amsterdam, where she joined the Dutch National Ballet. She moved to London to study choreology and was awarded a Fellowship at the Institute of Choreology at the Royal Academy of Dance.  Juliette has worked as a picture editor for New Dance Magazine and authored and illustrated many articles and two books published by Harper Collins. Her passion for making striking illustrations prompted her to set up Custom Pictures Design.

Paul & Mar Jakobi - Project Managers


Meet Paul and Mar Jakobi, the founders of Al Limón Ecolodge, a center for creative ecology nestled along the Guadalhorce river in Andalusia. Paul is a master designer of alternative buildings and organic food gardens, while Mar is a highly efficient and friendly events organizer. Together, they share a passion for turning life into an art form and always inspire others to achieve their goals with a sound and fair win/win business policy. Paul and Mar Jakobi's contribution is invaluable to Custom Pictures Design. 🌷
